Weird

Well I was laying in my bed and out of nowhere I had a weird feeling in my chest,
then out of nowhere (again) I just had a huge eurg to cry, idk why but I feel really weird and sad for no reason right now, I know I probably sound dramatic but if you could seriously please pray for me, it's probably only stress but it kinda freaked me out and I'm having a hard enough time with everything else, so if it's possible it would be great if you could pray for me I know this all sound reallty selfish and I know I will never be able to get through
